I tried to go online in the morning on the first day of reservations, I spent an hour and a half trying their preferred method for online reservations. Finally called for the fourth time, and they were fully booked. I will never do business with these unorganized people. At least they could advertise what time to start taking reservations..
Colossal embarrassment. All the hype just to have a crashed website in the middle of the night. What a shame.
If you are going to launch reservations for 2026 all at once for the RV Park make sure your website can handle it. I'm up at midnight PST and can't even book a site because the "site can't be reached". This is ridiculous. I have never been to Silverwood Theme Park and this has me questioning whether or not I even want to now. This is kind of embarrassing for Silverwood.
