Silver Ridge Ranch Campground

I reserved an RV. site for hunting but my wife became ill and had to cancel. I talked and tried to explain 7 days in advance but they charged me for the full 6 day stay. I thought that is very poor on their part. Won't stay there in the future. Make sure nothing happens that you have to cancel.

Bathrooms could be cleaner, there wasn't staff available most daylight hours, even though they advertise food and drink on Fridays it was closed. Many toilets were out of order. I had a person crash a spot next to me after dark, they slept in their car (tons of open spots not sure why they had to park next to me) and roll back out in the morning that weren't on the board for check in nor was there anyone at the desk to check them in or keep out nonpaying guests. Unless you’re a monthly resident you cannot have sewer hook, water hook or access to WiFi. This place is not accurately advertising their facility. They only cater to monthly residents. I booked a week over the phone on our way from Arizona and was told there was water and electric. We arrived and the water is capped off. So no sewer, no WiFi, no water. But if you’re a monthly resident you get it all. When did RV parks become focused on monthly residents and start short changing the every day traveler? You need to do better by your customer base.
