Randy’s land is beautiful and quiet, and this site is no exception. The campsite itself is private and spacious and, as advertised, there is a stunning view with unbeatable sunsets. The site is the furthest from the restroom (flush toilet, sink, no shower) and common areas, and has full sun exposure during the day, but this was not an issue for us. On the contrary, we enjoyed being able to remove ourselves from the action. The small lake is beautiful and provides plenty of entertainment for kids (frogs, fish, boats, etc!) Randy is a great and attentive host without being overbearing, and he wa…

Randy was very accommodating & the property & surroundings are BEAUTIFUL. It’s clear from the listing but bears repeating that the tent sites are just a flat spot of land & there is only one sink & bathroom a few minutes hike around the lake & you need to filter your water. The lake is deep & wonderful to swim & paddle on (& we only saw one mosquito!) We got enough service (2 bars) to send texts from the hillside, but nothing at the campsite (which I was glad of!)

Absolutely loved the peaceful and accommodating Clubhouse Site! Having a restroom on site is a huge help when camping with little ones. The views are amazing, and Randy is a top-notch host that truly cares about his guests. Will absolutely stay here again in the future! 10/10 highly recommend

The Patio site was perfect for us, right near the bathroom and the pond. We were the only ones there for the night. The pond was perfect for paddleboarding. The African bullfrogs were plenty, along with water lillies and dragonflies. It was a wonderful stay in this beautiful little oasis.

Excellent, remote location when you want to get away from it all but still have amenities like a kitchen and grill area, clubhouse, etc. These sites are on a small lake/pond that you can float around on a paddle board or kayak. Bring everything you need, as the closest services are 14 miles away in Willits. Beautiful, peaceful, with a very kind, accommodating host - highly recommended.
