Shame on you ! Very disappointed in KOA Shelby cancelation process. I've stayed at this KOA 3 years in a row to go to the inkcaration concert, very nice campground, I made reservations in July to come this year. Unfortunately, I needed to cancel my reservations. Its 4 months away, and they charge me $35 for a cancelation fee. Its not about the money 💰its the principle. I paid there high prices in the past. That they always jack up to take advantage of the concert goers Very expensive to stay there , prices outrageous. Very unfair and not of good practice. Because of that, I will not stay t…
This place is falling apart. From the unnecessary racist remarks of the people in charge towards guests, to the distrust and lack of customer service. This is not the family place it used to be. Disappointed, to say the least.
Immaculate campground! Something to do for all our kids ages 5-11. Everyone had a blast. Workers could not be nicer!
