Shadow Mountain Lodge and Cabins

Beautiful quiet place. Nice patio to sit out at night. Great service and they have a laundry area and extra supplies. Rooms have nice little kitchen all cooking utensils needed. Nice big jet tub in room. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

I didn't stay here but my parents did. Visited them while they stayed here and I was amazed! The grounds are well maintained and beautiful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Absolute adorable place! Next time I will stay here with my family!!

So pleased with this place! Absolutely adorable cabin, decorated so cute. The cabin is well supplied with everything to make you feel comfortable. Quiet area in upper Ruidoso. Very close to Inn of the Mountain God's. I HIGHLY recommend Shadow Mountain Lodge for your stay in Ruidoso.

We stayed here over my birthday weekend with my husband and our two dogs, and it was a wonderful experience. The room was very clean, cozy, and nicely decorated, and we especially loved the fireplace—it added such a warm, relaxing touch. The location was perfect, close to everything and in a great area for walking the dogs. We didn’t encounter any issues during our stay. The only minor downside was that the Wi-Fi was occasionally spotty for the TV, but it wasn’t a big deal overall. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Spent 3 nights during Easter weekend. Great accommodations! Beautiful landscape lighting. Very friendly owner and very helpful.
