Super easy, super safe, super clean. To start off, the campsite texted us checkin instructions, gate codes, bathroom codes etc. it was wonderful because we checked in late. Our packet was waiting for us on the office billion board with a map that was very easy to follow. Hookups worked great. Our site was clean. The bathrooms were awesome and included shampoo, conditioner and soap. When we went to check out, they reminded us that since it was before 11, we could leave the trash at the site and they would collect it. 100% recommend this site.

Camp site is pretty clean, but the RV park is close to the freeway and at night it is as if you're sleeping in the middle of the freeway. Earplugs are a must The girl at the check-in was passive aggressive which is a bit off putting. She seemed to think I was going to harm the ducks roaming the campground and warned me I was going to be towed if I were to sleep in my car. Hearing all this when you just want to check in an set up your tent was al bit much. The positive : the bathrooms and restrooms are a bit old but clean and the grounds are well kept.

I booked two nights at Shadow Hill’s on a whim, just to get my bearings and figure out my next stay. I enjoyed my first night so much I decided to stay the full week. They have a variety of spots- grass, pavement, tent camping and trailers for rent. I got a sweet little spot near their pond and walking path - perfect for my dog’s early morning walk. The environment is charming - lots of chirping birds, the sounds of running water from the fountain, etc., and the grounds are nicely curated in the communal space. The stay also includes a pool, hot tub, workout and media rooms. Their bathrooms ar…

The pictures on HipCamp did not accurately depict the reality of the aesthetic of Shadow Hills. The nice greenery was mostly dirt patches, the grassy spaces were on pavement no grass, the pool was filthy as was the hot tub (which was not disclosed prior to booking the reservation), the dog area is the size of an apartment pantry at best which was also covered in poop and unkept grass. The water pressure from the spigot was pretty low and the wi-fi did not work at all. We were at site 15 I believe which was located directly across from the main building. Most of the workout equipment was not pr…

Was an easy access spot with clean bathrooms and laundry facilities, not to mention a pool and a hot tub. We got in late and didn’t use much of the amenities but I’d stay there again if I’m passing through.

I stay at Shadow hills RV Resort for a total of 8 night over 14 days in early March. The first stay was very nice. Bedrooms were clean, everything worked. On the second stay the women's bathroom wasn't ventilated (next to the pool are) and the floor at times was sitting in water. The paper towel dispenser didn't work even thought I asked 3 times for them to fix it. One time they lead me to believe that things would get fixed that day. Two days later when I left nothing had been corrected. I understand that the men's bathroom had issues as well. The women who appeared to be in charge ne…
