The upstairs bedroom is large and airy, opening to a private deck, with plantation shutters adding to the coastal charm. Two other bedrooms—one with a king bed and one with two full-size bunk beds—offer plenty of space for guests. Located directly on the bay, this cottage is thoughtfully designed for the ultimate beach house experience with maximum convenience. It is only a two to three-minute walk to the beach. The private dock is perfect for docking a boat, fishing, netting shrimp, or enjoying spectacular sunrises while watching dolphins, manatees, and shore birds. The large screened porch offers dramatic bay views, comfortable rocking chairs, and a hammock for shaded relaxation. Downstairs, you’ll find an outdoor shower, full deck, and outdoor kitchen—ideal for gatherings or a sunset dinner by the water. Inside, the home is crisp and comfortable, with a spacious modern kitchen that flows into the living area with inviting seating and lovely views of island foliage and the bay. The upstairs bedroom has a king bed and private deck, the second bedroom offers a king bed, and the third bedroom has bunk beds with two doubles. This home sleeps six to eight guests comfortably.
