19 acres of high mountain amazement. Quite like you have never experienced with all stars you can handle on a clear night. The ranch has a bath house with a tub/shower, water, WiFi, cell booster, 4 tent sites and one RV spot with water access (advanced booking preferred). We are about 100 feet from the Pacific Crest Trail and Anza Borrego. The ranch is undergoing a rebirth to a tiny sustainable farm and we would love to have you as a guest.

The location is beautiful! Jason was there to meet me with a big smile and pointed out my spot! He has lighting around the property so in the evening the view and ambiance is perfect! The breeze feels amazing too! You can hike or drop your rig into drive and enjoy some washed out fire roads or watch the hummingbirds! My entire experience was relaxing and enjoyable! I will definitely be going back and I will recommending him for sure!
Jason was very nice and accommodating. Totally peaceful and private. Don't let the dirt road getting there scare you; it's "cake".
I’ve been hipcamping on primitive spots for many years, but this place nestled amongst the pepper trees at the top of the ridge was one of the most exceptional! The host, Jason, is one of the coolest folks you can meet; he has made an oasis that highlights the natural ruggedness and roughness of the high desert, along with everything you could possibly need. The spot really is a treasure- it’s completely quiet, undisturbed, serene, not too far from Anza (20ish minutes) but feels worlds away.
