Aimed at providing a comfortable, convenient and safe facility for tourists to spend the night and refresh, Scottie's Motofarm boasts multiple lush green lawns for tent camping, many shade trees, clean and civilized indoor toilet facilities with a locking door, free wifi, a private walk-in shower/changing room large enough for two people with a locking door, outlets for phone charging, laundry washing machine (no dryer) and kitchen food prep area with fridge. Propane and briquette BBQ, fire pit, city water safe for drinking, plenty of parking. We are conveniently located on Route 4 so campers should expect some noise, however the road quiets down around at night and -- except for the occasional loud vehicle -- it gets pretty serene here during the star gazing hours! The tent camping area is fenced and we have not had any bears on the property, but we do have a few shy farm cats and the occasional racoon. For this reason, we ask all campers to be mindful about storing food and disposing of trash in the provided bins. The ranch is comprised of the camping lawns, camping facilities, several homes on the property (two Air BnB and the owner's home) and the motorcycle workshop. Car and RV campers are welcomed and there is plenty of car/RV parking on the asphalt lot outside the fence at the East Side of the property near the mailboxes at the intersection of Rte 4 and Brice Station Road.

I had a wonderful experience at this location, which is conveniently close to Murphys. The spacious lawns are perfect for pitching a tent, and the shaded, illuminated pergola with tables and chairs offers a lovely outdoor gathering spot. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need, including a fridge, making meal prep a breeze. The recently remodeled bathroom features a warm shower, which is just what you need after a long day of riding motorcycles. Very friendly host. Site was tight for a 19 foot trailer but it worked for us. The Murphys area is great so it’s nice to have a place to stay.
Great location and easy to find. Scotty was very welcoming and accommodating. We have a cab over truck camper and he found the perfect spot for us to settle in and enjoy the serene foothills.
Very conveniently located and easy to get around being right next to the highway. Of course it means it’s not quiet and pitch black at night, but that was a good fit for our beginner camper children. The people we met while on the property (workers and residents) are all friendly and kept our camp site secure.
Great place to camp - all the needed necessities - outdoor kitchen and warm showers. Definitely coming back
