Stunning mountain views, beautiful starry nights, and exceptionally exquisite food await you and your companions in our newly constructed Glam Camp! Chef Üdø is your onsite host and culinary adventurer. We will work with you to custom tailor the menu according to your tastes and preferences. Crisp, sanitized linens, soft lighting, and your own barefoot patio deck to enjoy your meal. A sunrise over The Lincoln National Forest and “Gobbler Knob” is your backdrop for morning brunch and coffee, or we also offer unforgettable Starry Night Dining experiences. All food is locally sourced when possible, made from scratch, and made-to-order onsite in our sanitary kitchen. Our menu changes seasonally so each guests experience is unique. Chef Üdø is also a local backcountry guide and trail boss! We have a full off-grid 4x4 kitchen rig, and can transport the full Glam Experience into the stunning alpine backcountry of The Lincoln National Forest. We set up camp before your arrival and provide: hot water pressurized shower, handwashing sink with soap and fresh water tank, full kitchen and freezer/fridge, and one of our 16’ bell tents outfitted with luxury cot accommodations and clean linens…all off-grid and eco-friendly!
