This was a fantastic campground! Super nice tent camping areas with a ton of space and not right on top of each other so you have privacy, with many right on the river bank. The bathroom 'shack' was a very short walk from anywhere in camp and was immaculately clean with a real flushing toilet and sink. There is a community Pavillion, and it looks like the owner sells local beer on tap at the check in building. My tent camping spot had a table with benches that included a patio umbrella, a large fire ring, and even a Enu style hammock with a charcoal grill setup and trash can, and a water pump.…
Mike and staff were helpful, friendly, and supplied us with a lovely night of camping. The campground has a well thought out layout and location. As far as camping, this was not roughing it. The sound of the water coming over the dam helped this restless sleeper sleep well under the stars. I definitely plan to return to this perfect little camping spot.
