Always a great stop over. Easy in/out. Nice area to walk. 5th time here. Easy in/out, great walking after along day on the road. Paved roads. Helpful, pleasant staff. Only unusual thing...folks cutting through the front/back of our site. 28' c class towing this trip. 2nd time here, this time just a stop over. thank you to the gentleman in the golf cart who helped us through the maze with our 36' and toad. camp store well stocked. friendly fellow campers and helpful store staff.
Nice campground and a short drive to savanna. Site were nice, showers were nice but small. Free boats available to take out on the lake. Lots of historic forts in the area to go see. (Pulosky, jackson, McAllister) as well as downtown savanna.
Friendly staff, clean campgrounds.
