Salome KOA Journey

We stayed for two nights in our tent on our way to California. Check in was very friendly and we felt very welcomed. Site was clean but not a lot of shade. There is a great pool and hot tub to relax with umbrellas. We also enjoyed the common area and the gaming room. Bathrooms were totally fine and there is a small market were you can walk to with a some hot options to eat as well.

This is a KOA RV Campground David the manager is a great guy and he has a great team working with him the bathrooms and the shower houses are very clean the swimming pool area is nice and clean they go out of their way helping you if you are down this way make sure you camping stop in here they will do everything in their powers to help you out they are great I really hate i have to leave tomorrow but my wife and I have to hit the road we have to get back to Ohio to our family but you bet I'll be back thanks David 😊

The gentleman that recently bought this KOA location, David, is an extremely accommodating and kind man!! He made sure we felt safe and secure and had everything we needed and felt comfortable. This location had affordable sites with all hookups, very nice pool/rec room, and welcoming environment; I highly recommend and will definitely be returning!

Unprofessional manager, in all the ways one could imagine. Weeds everywhere. Pool temperature was too cold, hot tub too hot. Hot tub reeks of chlorine. If a camper reports a problem to the manager, the camper will be sworn at or ignored. Clubhouse and game room floors were very dirty. Bathroom supplies were in adequate as was the cleaning. After 14 winter stays, all of this was very disappointing.
