This rv resort KOA is located in an unexpected off the strip area which is mostly rv, marine and auto repair & parts shops lining each side of the side street leading to the entrance of the KOA. But the location is very private (you would not expect it to be there) ., & with a beautiful bayou water view on 2 sides. It’s very quiet. Very nice landscaping and plantings show pride of ownership.&This location is excellent because it’s literally within a 10 minute drive to anything you would need like Wawa, gas, cvs, publix, restaurants, karaoke bars! Shopping, etc. and 10 minutes to madeira beach…
