It is very close to Chain of Rock Bridge. On Route 66
This KOA took $800 out of our account without written authorization or even a phone call because they (assumed ) we would be staying longer. First they claimed we were a day late, then changed it to two days late paying for the lot so they charged us $800. Then said we wouldn’t get our money back for 7-10 days. Shelly hung up on me when I told her it was unacceptable that they overdrew our account and cost us overdraft fees. We needed to move because my husband’s job moved further away and he didn’t feel this area was safe enough anyway. And who wants to spend money on a KOA that can’t apologi…
We stated 2 nights with 30 foot travel trailer. Sites are close together, but level and easy to get in and out of. Located in a light industrial area. No place to walk except around the campground. All utilities conveniently located at each site and worked as expected. Friendly, pleasant staff. Easy drive to the Gateway Arch. Great place to stay and go site-seeing in the area.
This was our first stay at a KOA and we found it easily and easy to get into. The staff was friendly and the place was clean
