Pros - very clean bathrooms and hot water, parking is $30 a night for extra cars but easy to access and patrolled( no risk break in). Pool area on a warmer day would be a great free amenity. Staff were nice and accommodating. Cons- both nights there was a neighborhood dog that barked non-stop starting around 4 am. Nothing the campground can do but bring headphones. Campground can fit a MAX of 3 2- person tents. 10 people could never fit. Our tents were inches from each other. All sites were similarly sized. The camping spots are atrocious, with tons of rocks and poison ivy. The pool, showers and bathrooms are super clean, however and the attendants are kind and helpful. Of course, the location cannot be beat.

Be aware of their draconian cancellation policy! I had such a bad experience that I feel the need to warn others. In mid-March, I made a reservation for 2 nights in early May for one of the cabins for a weekend getaway with my partner. About 10 days later, we had a conflict come up and needed to cancel the trip. I admit that I did not pay enough attention to the cancellation policy at the time (my bad). Had a simple small tent site, worked great. Wifi was great. I had to work. Used it basically as a one nite hotel and it was good. Clean bathrooms. Propane fire pit with seats. Humongous clean pool. Would be a wonderful place to take little kids.

Saddle Mountain is BEAUTIFUL! I stayed in one of the glamping tents with some friends and we had a lovely time. The views are stunning, it's quiet and peaceful, and we loved having the grill and sauna and hangout areas too! Thank you, would definitely be back!
