April 2026 update: Back for return visit. Peaceful setting. Awesome people. We highly recommend Rutlader RV Park! The people are wonderful, the location is great, the price quite reasonable, and its big-rig friendly. Well-maintained park. Friendly, inviting neighbors. Awesome owner and staff who go out of their way to be welcoming and helpful, and genuinely care about the people who stay with them. The location is close enough to the KC metro for Doctors appts and entertainment but in the rural setting we love. Good for an overnight (with some easy pull-thrus) or a much longer visit. We stay t…
I moved in to the RV park. And I love it. The people, Richard and Amber, are so friendly.
Rutlanders is a great place to get away... Without the get away! The lake is well maintained and the fishing is great! I stopped in today, randomly on my way home, to my surprise, I got the pleasure of seeing a bald eagle soaring in the sky above the water. I found out that he is a resident and can be seen regularly! How's that for awesome! To have a large predator like that that means that it has a fantastic ecosystem to support it! Enough said! Come out, bring a pole and maybe a picnic! Enjoy painful fishing and bald eagle if you're lucky!
