Set in Marble Falls, Texas on Hamilton Creek, this cabin rental can sleep up to seven guests. Inside, there are two bedrooms: a large loft bedroom upstairs and one bedroom downstairs. The upstairs loft bedroom comes with a queen bed and a comfy twin roll-away. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed while the open living/kitchen area features a futon that can fold down into a double bed for additional sleeping. The bathroom has a sink, toilet and galvanized metal shower. The accommodation has a vintage kitchenette with a three-burner stove top, small oven, storage and a sink. There is also a microwave, toaster, fridge and coffee maker. This rental has rustic features but is very comfortable and has central heating and air conditioning. Guests will also find games, books and a small TV with local channels. This two story cabin is surrounded by trees up on a hill and the living room features large upper windows that make guests feel as if they are in their own tree house! Outside there is a nice front porch with a swing to watch the wildlife and it is just a short walk down the trail to the beautiful spring fed creek. All rentals are equipped with outdoor seating, a table, fire pit and charcoal grill. Guests will also be provided with dishes, pots/pans, utensils, all linens, hand soap, dish soap and toilet paper. There is a tree house on property with a smaller rock climbing wall and play area for the kids. Guests are free to use the provided canoes, explore the 6 acre property and swim and fish in the creek. Locally there are many lakes, state parks, wineries, eateries, shops and more to explore. Pets are welcome, but the pet fee must be paid. We do ask that pets be kenneled while indoors to ensure they aren’t on the furniture. They are free anywhere outside on a leash. If pets are not kenneled and have been on furniture, a $100 cleaning fee can be assessed.
