The ground floor includes a bedroom, full bathroom, laundry, and garage conversion to a game room with foosball table. The middle level is open concept: the living room, kitchen, and dining room flow to both the front and back decks along with a bedroom and full bathroom. Upstairs, there are three sun-drenched bedrooms and a full bathroom. The striking architecture and pitched roof create dramatic angles in the upstairs bedrooms while the front bedrooms face panoramic vineyard views. Nearby Drake’s Beach is a local favorite for summer days and downtown Guerneville is just a quick drive for groceries and more. You’ll love your private retreat here! Know Before You Book: Maximum Occupancy and Quiet Hours: The maximum occupancy is 10 people. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm until 7:00 am. Outdoor amplified sound is prohibited at all times. Parking: There is parking for 3 cars off street and 1 to 2 on the opposite side of the street. RVs, trailers and campers are prohibited, per the Sonoma County Vacation Rental Ordinance.
