If I can't pitch a tent, it's not a campground. This is a glorified parking lot for RVs. Calling this a campground confuses people looking for a place to CAMP. Words have meaning.
We always have such a wonderful time at this Colorado campground! It's very family friendly - the kids love the playground and the games in the common area. The RV sites are also laid out so uniquely compared to other campgrounds. Most sites are in the woods and shaded, yet accommodate big rigs. The dog park (they are pet-friendly) and hiking trail were great additions this past season! So nice to be able to take the kids for an easy stroll in the woods after dinner without having to go anywhere.
