Had an extremely relaxing time during my short stay here recently. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Stayed in a cabin that was exactly as I expected it to be, clean and quiet. Bonus points for having a lodge close by that had everything we needed if we forgot to pack anything. We will definitely stay here again, and soon !
Roamstead was perfect for a family getaway. We had a cabin for the young kids and my brother and his wife had a tent site. Both were awesome! Fun stuff for the whole family to do. The staff was 10/10. Will definitely come back!
Stayed in a yurt two nights and it was so beautiful and relaxing. The stream running by the yurt was so peaceful. Bathrooms were clean and I definitely will be back to do tent camping. Loved the experience here. It was a half hour to all the trails I wanted to hike wish it was closer to Gatlinburg but I didn’t mind the short drive.
I’ve stayed here twice now - once in a cabin and once in a yurt. Both were adorable, comfortable, and met my needs! I took advantage of the laundry facilities as well, which was particularly convenient. Most importantly, I enjoyed being so close to GSM NP trails but away from the crowds. After a day of hiking, sitting by the fire with a local IPA and a Roamstead Hot Honey Pizza at the end of the day was just perfect!
