Our experience at this RV park was abysmal. The constant highway noise was unbearable. To make matters worse, there was no wifi available, and the office closed at 5 pm, leaving us without any support or assistance. The bath and showers were disgustingly filthy . Needless to say, this was our first and last visit to this RV park, and we would strongly advise fellow RVers to avoid it at all costs.
Update: The new management asked me to give them another chance. I was passing thru the area so I thought I would. They wanted to charge me $20 just to make an online reservation, on top of the campsite fee. When I tried to call them to make the reservation in person, I could never get anyone to answer the phone. Stay somewhere else. It’s near Provo. There is a gas station/ conscience store across the street. The front showers are OK. That of all you can say that is good about this campground. The service is beyond terrible. The hookups at the individual sites are deplorable. I tried to plug …
Awesome park. Clean, dog friendly. My kids loved the clubhouse bowling was their favorite.
I’m a bit baffled at the negative reviews! While the park is not really a destination park, it’s clean, well kept, and so convenient to most of Utah County! Its does have a lovely view of the mountains as well. It’s a great place to stay if you’re in the area on vacation, visiting friends/family, and to visit all the local attractions Utah County has to offer. I wouldn’t pay any heed to all the negative Nancies…just because they had a negative experience doesn’t mean that’s the norm for this park!
Don't stay here - it's a trashy trailer park NOT a KOA "Holiday"! We are full-time RV's for over 3 years and I thought I had left a review before as this ties for 1st place of the worst RV park. We needed to be near a big city and this was the most "reasonable" in the area. For an extended stay, we had to complete a background check and provide pictures of our rig/truck, registration, proof of insurance and pay stub. Yet when we arrived there are trailers with cardboard/duct tape for windows, cars sitting with flat tires, a rusty horse trailer - just a start of the issues. Then the family…
