-If you’re going to stay here ask for a spot with a pad*** This was not our first stay here. We were not pleased to be in the spot we were assigned to as it was one of the sites with no pad and incredibly muddy. The park had many open sites and we were disappointed to have that spot for Christmas.
I don’t understand why they charged us for a RV space for one night for $95 Ridiculous Our space is over grown with weeds, actually the whole park is high grass and weeds every where. Don’t even discuss the WiFi, doesn’t exist. This used to be a KOA now it’s just another run down RV park overpriced 🤬🤬🤣
Was a beautiful quiet place to stay. Friendly management, workers and campers. Happy puppies, the shower/ toilet amenities were great. Clean good water flow. Big covered bbq area with coin operated laundry facilities. Basketball court out the front with balls and other games supplied to use. Unfortunately didn’t get to use the pool as it was closed for winter but for sumner it’s a great area to relax with poolsides chairs. Dog park at the front near exit. Little wood cabins to rent too. WARNING!!! I’m new to Roam America but am not new to RV-ing. You pull in off a busy road and there are huge pot holes, I thought I lost my trailer. There was a huge pile of dog poo where the hook ups are. The neighbors dog barked the whole time from the inside of the trailer. They really should do a better job of separating the people that “Live” there from the rest of the people that use it for the intended purpose. I pulled out 5 days early. I tried numerous times to contact property. I am not sure if all Roam America is the same as this place, but I won’t waste or loose anymore money to fin…
