Very clean and nicely maintained small RV park. New park, all on gravel. Still expanding. We stayed here for 2 months while visiting family. Beautiful mountain views, deer in the orchard next door in the mornings. Will stay here again next year.
Beautiful small campground near Paonia and Hotchkiss. Very nice sites and full hook-ups. I recommend highly.
This park is small and the prettiest we have ever seen. The sites have astro turf, paver stones patio and wrought iron furniture and fireplaces. The owners Cecil and Pat are very nice and always available to help. As they mention on the website it is a work in progress so there are still signs of construction. However, each site is perfect. What they have done with rock for the landscaping is amazing! The bushes and trees though out the park are top notch. From our RV we had a view of the fruit orchards.
