Horrible customer service. No deposit refund of $200 back, just because they had my debit card n wanted to keep the deposit. First, I was told by staff, I would get my deposit back but once I left the property; supposedly "corporate owners" decided not to refund my deposit. When corporate is thrown in my face... it's like a slap in the face. I give this resort negative 3 stars n a huge "thumbs down." Period! 🌟

Rio Bonito was lovely. Wide and long pads to park on and friendly neighbors as well as staff. Love that they do pickup for your propane refills.
