Great experience camping. Had a nice pull through spot in the middle of the woods and there is plenty to do and a great fishing pond.
Do not come here. They have a seasonal....Charlie...that plays his music very loudly. Complaining gets him to turn it down until staff leaves and then it is turned up louder than before. They are very aware of him but allow him to stay.
We camped here seasonally for a few years. While the campground itself definitely needed improvements/upgrades, the camp FAMILY is what made it great. The campground sold and it was immediately clear that the new owners care nothing about the seasonal campers but only about the money. They will nickel and dime you to death. Rates were increased for seasonal campers and while that is to be expected - all of the upgrades done this year only benefit the weekend campers. Big surprise, that’s where the money is for them.
