We hiked the Falls trail from 118. As far as difficulty: if you can climb steps easily, if your knees are in decent shape and you can walk 7 miles. With good non-slip shoes this is a very nice trail/hike. You will be climbing stone steps and walking across stones in places.
The trails are well kept and well marked. Beautiful and worth the effort.
Just gorgeous! Pretty difficult hike where all the Waterfalls are, but worth every mile!
