Privately nestled into 1.5 acres, it’s surrounded by forest with sweeping year-round sunset views and 240-degree winter views. Just 5 minutes from Black Mountain and only 20 minutes up I-40 to Asheville, this 4-bedroom, 3-bath (2 full, 1 half) open floor plan home preserves its original river rock foundation, fireplace, and wood plank ceilings but features a just completed “to the studs” renovation.
