Retreat on the large, sturdy swings under the shaded porch, sit at the picnic tables with loved ones while grilling and enjoying an outdoor dinner together or, lounge on the balcony, with a good book and frosty beverage. Must be 25 to book, be fully responsible for the property, and must reside at the property, the entire stay. Not pet friendly. You'll love getting cozy on the big, comfy, white sofa while watching a favorite movie or simply enjoying the beautiful ocean view. The dining area and big table is a great space for gathering with friends and family while playing games or, enjoying an indoor dinner together in the cool AC, after a sunny day on the beach. With two bedrooms and two full baths, this beachfront vacation home will sleep 8, with the daybed, located off living area, twin ottoman sleeper and sleeper sofa. This house is located in Spanish Grant, which is close enough to town to get in as needed yet, far enough away to enjoy time away from it all. Home Rules Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am. Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing. A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed. This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
