Red Barn RV Park

Great price, great small campground. Great folks, your family when you are here, I highly recommend it. Wifi is excellent

This is that little RV park you see on TV owned by a cute retired couple. It's cute, cozy & very well kept. Nice grass areas, sites are level gravel & all are back-in. Great utilities with 50 amp. The barn is the office, store, laundry & a sitting area to relax, play games or chat. Location wise, it's off Main St about 2 miles so you're close to town where alien stuff happens but away enough too. The street noise can be heard occasionally & the train horn is faint. We elected to go across the street to hook up our tow. We would definitely stay here again in our 40 ft motorhome.

This is the diamond of Roswell's RV Parks for sure! Lee is so kind and accommodating. You can tell she takes alot of pride in her park. Not only did we have a wonderful week long stay, but we were able to get some maintenance items and TLC done on our rig. The peace and quiet of this park was very comforting. And the song birds were amazing!

This is the place you want to stay to avoid everything else about larger RV parks, Roswell tourism and a dozen other personal RV spot themes lost in time....there are only a few spots available, an amazing host that still uses a paper calendar, clean bathrooms that are better than some homes, a hand-written guest book, the sounds of birds and a sunset that makes you appreciate the ability to lean against a white fence and stare into the nearby fields...I scoped out the other larger parks in/around the city and this one made us happy with our choice for many reasons...

What an absolutely adorable R.V. Park!!! And the owner, Lee, is WONDERFUL! It’s quite small (12 spots) & quaint! And decorated soooo cute. You can tell that Lee takes a lot of pride in her park! The ONLY little hiccup is the road out front of the park can be busy. But not at all annoying like if it were right next to the freeway! Still FIVE stars & we highly recommend Red Barn RV Park!
