Rain Spirit RV Resort

We stayed here last week and loved the views and how close it is to many places. The spaces are good sized and the park is very clean. We will be back for sure!

Love Rain Sprit! We're wrapping up our winter stay and can't say enough about this owner friendly, clean facilities, immaculate kept landscaping, and it's location. Gary amd Kristen are ALWAYS responsive to requests and questions. You will see both owners throughout the day caring for the property or escorting an arrival to their new spot. The laundry room is small though always kept clean and equipment is operational. They take pride in their resort and it shows! What a find and perfectly located between Clarkdale and Cottonwood, which allows us to walk into either town. RAIN SPIRIT IS A TRUE…

Didn't stay here but I called twice with no answer and left two messages which were never returned. That told me everything I needed to know about their customer service. Update: I included the screenshot when I called two days in a row with no answer and left messages. I'd say it's a good review as I gave you over a week to perform customer service and return my calls. I can't rate anything else because you never called back for a booking. Online booking could prevent this. I think an apology is a better way to handle this.
