Nestled in a lovely Tiny Home community called Peak View Park, surrounded by breathtaking views of Pikes Peak. The home is centrally located in Woodland Park, CO near popular attractions like Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, and Cave of the Winds! Only 25 minutes from Colorado Springs. This beautiful tiny home, nestled in the center of Woodland Park, has some of the most amazing views of Pikes Peak. As you enter this tiny home, you will experience a contemporary styled home with soft colored tones peppered with a rustic country look throughout the house. The house can comfortably accommodate up to four guests. In the spacious living room area, you will encounter an open area with comfortable couch to lounge while watching TV on a big screen LCD internet connected TV loaded with all your favorite apps! Enjoy a cup of coffee and relax your mind as you admire beautiful mountain views in our expansive front porch. The lovely bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, closet, and a flat screen TV. As you make your way up to the loft, you will encounter a loft equipped with 2 twin sized beds. The kitchen comes fully equipped as needed should you desire to eat-in and prepare your favorite home-cooked meals. Next to the kitchen included is an amazing K-Cup coffee brewer stocked with K-Cups! Sit outside on the porch where you can enjoy your favorite cup of coffee anytime of the day. The home is also is equipped with a stackable washer/dryer to refresh your laundry as needed. The porch has outdoor patio furniture to enjoy the nature and to plan your daily adventures. There is evening lighting which will create a desirable ambiance to enjoy your favorite evening drinks as you unwind your day. Great location, right off of route 24, and close to everything Woodland Park has to offer! We do highly advise that you purchase traveler's or trip insurance to protect your purchase in the event of poor weather, illness, or other factors outside our control that would cause you to have to cancel after booking. Many credit cards offer this protection as well. Be sure to add our listing to your Airbnb Wishlist The home has a smart lock for convenient and contactless check in. Prior to checking in, you will be provided a code for entry. Loft comes equipped with 2 twin sized beds. Lofts are great for kids and smaller adults due to lower ceilings. If sleeping adults, please be aware the ceiling height at its peak is about 4.5 ft. so most adults will not be able to stand upright when getting around in the Loft. Please keep in mind that the hot water tank in a Tinyhome is smaller (20 gallons) than normal sized home so hot water will run out sooner. - No smoking or vaping is allowed indoors - No parties or events - Sorry, but No Pets allowed - Located next to route 24 We understand some guests who stay with us travel into town a bit earlier than check in time and we can accommodate early check in requests when available. Early check fees are listed below: 12-1pm: $35 1pm-2pm: $30 2pm-3pm: $25 3pm-4pm: $15
