A comfy pull-out sofa gives you extra space for family or friends. This cabin is perfect for couples or solo travelers seeking peace and privacy. At the center, is a light-filled space where comfort meets connection: Propane fireplace Plush seating Fully equipped kitchenette Dining table Smart TV, soundbar & WiFi Your private bathroom is stocked with soft towels and everything you need to feel cared for — a clean, calming space that feels like home. Outside Step onto your private deck and feel the quiet wrap around you. Let your mornings start with coffee and peaceful wooded views, and let your evenings unfold beside the crackling firepit or beneath the stars in your private hot tub. Our second cabin, just steps away, is available to rent—perfect for friends or extended family. Just ask! Guest Access & Notes: Entire cabin is yours (locked closets and cabinet excluded) Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload a copy of your driver license Must submit a $200 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Please note we are on the exception list as we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits. Primary guest must be 25+ and stay onsite The property is on well water, and we kindly ask that you help us conserve it during your stay. Simple steps—like turning off taps when not in use and keeping showers short—go a long way in preserving this precious resource. For drinking water, we recommend bringing bottled water. We also provide refillable jugs under the kitchen sink, which you’re welcome to use at a nearby local spring (just a 5-minute drive) for fresh fill-ups. Cabin is equipped with a compact mini-fridge without a freezer. If you’re bringing extra perishables or frozen items, consider bringing a cooler and ice for additional storage. Picnic table, deck bistro table, and yard games available May - October. Cell service is strong; WiFi is the area’s best available (but not ideal for video calls) Steep dirt driveway – 4WD highly recommended year-round Driveway plowed and sanded after each snowstorm No parties No smoking or vaping inside the cabin Registered guests only We permit a maximum of 2 dogs on this property, preferably aged 2 years and above. There is a pet fee of $50 per dog.
