Spread over three separate buildings that encompass more than 10,000 square feet of interior space in total, the estate provides guests with 12 bedrooms altogether, each with its own full bathroom, either within or right outside the bedroom. The three separate buildings consist of a lodge with five bedrooms for up to 13 guests, a cottage with four bedrooms for up to eight guests, and a vacation rental with three bedrooms for up to seven guests. For smaller groups that only need the first two buildings, the furniture of the vacation rental can also be cleared out to create a retreat space. Each of the buildings has its own living room, dining area, and fully-equipped kitchen. In each of the bedrooms, guests will find either a full-size bed, a queen-size bed, or a king-size bed that can be split into two twin beds, with additional roll-away beds available as well. Unlike at many rentals that can accommodate large groups, none of the guests will have to sleep in a bunk bed at the estate; they will each have their own separate bed for themselves or to share with their partner. Each of the full bathrooms, in turn, provides guests with either a walk-in shower or a combination bathtub/shower. Linens and towels are provided. Among the many highlights of the estate, one of the most striking features is the lodge's indoor hot tub. The words "hot tub" hardly do it justice; it is a natural stone grotto encasing an immense, curvilinear spa with deep, jetted water to luxuriate in—all encompassed by two full walls of floor-to-ceiling glass windows that provide breathtaking, panoramic views of the expansive landscape surrounding the estate. Natural stone is a recurring motif of the estate, appearing on many of the walls, complementing the wood surfaces on many of the floors, ceilings, cabinets, and furniture. Together, they help to create a luxuriously rustic atmosphere, which is filled with elegant and comfortable furnishings. Large glass windows, in turn, help to harmonize the sumptuous interior spaces with the estate's magnificent natural surroundings. Other amenities include four wood-burning fireplaces, high-speed Wi-Fi and an air cooling system throughout the property, a saloon-style wet bar, and a game room with a foosball table, pool table, and classic arcade games. Outside, guests will find decks on each of the buildings with outdoor dining areas and lounge chairs, along with a barbecue grill, a heated outdoor swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts, a fire pit with log seating, parking for 20 vehicles, seven acres of property bordering Medicine Bow-Routt National Forest, and a 14-passenger shuttle bus with a chauffeur for trips to and from the ski resort, downtown Steamboat Springs, and the airport. The estate provides guests with a variety of resort-level facilities, including a heated outdoor swimming pool surrounded by lounge chairs, tennis and basketball courts with night lighting, and a natural rock indoor grotto. Other amenities include a fire pit with log benches, a saloon-style wet bar, a great room with a large entertainment system, a five-foot deep spa, four wood-burning fireplaces, and a game room with a foosball table, pool table, and classic arcade games. For transportation to and from the airport, the ski resort, and downtown Steamboat Springs, guests can also take advantage of a private, chauffeured 14-passenger shuttle bus.
