OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: Pet-Friendly: House-trained pets are welcome with a one-time fee of $49 per stay. Resort Fee: A $12 resort fee applies per guest per stay (infants excluded). No Indoor Smoking: A $500 fine applies for violations. Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Landscaping: Lawns are professionally mowed twice a week. Hot Tub Maintenance: The private hot tub is serviced twice a week for your comfort and safety. Events: Events at the Clubhouse are permitted with prior approval and an additional fee. Please contact us in advance for arrangements. WiFi: High-speed WiFi is available, but please note that connection may vary in some areas due to the natural surroundings. Parking: Free parking is available next to the cabin, with additional space for boats. Grill: A charcoal BBQ grill is available for use. (charcoal not provided). Boat Ramp & Parking: Guests may use the on-site boat ramp and park boats or trailers in the designated area. Wildlife & Nature: The cabin is surrounded by nature, so you may occasionally see deer, birds, or hear the sounds of the lake. In summer, insect repellent is recommended.
