Jason's place and his hospitality were great. We arrived after a long work week and his brief greeting and lay of the land were very helpful and informative. The site has everything you need to enjoy a peaceful day right next to the Arkansas River. Watching the barges go by was a really cool perk too. I would highly recommend this stay for anyone.
Such a cool place to stay while traveling through. The river view is just what we needed on the journey. There’s plenty of room to pull in, get comfy and relax. Camp host is friendly and helpful, more than accommodating. We would definitely stay here again 😊
I enjoyed my 1st Hipcamp experience here. I wanted to camp somewhere else, besides the usual locations & here wasn’t but about another 15 minute drive. The scenery was beautiful & being able to use Jason’s deck, chairs, ect was relaxing. Price is comparable to staying at a state park or Corps of Engineers also. The privacy I had was worth the few $ more. Will definitely camp here again soon.
This is a great spot, right on the Arkansas River with fantastic views. Very quiet and peaceful. There are a few neighbors nearby that were very quiet the night that we were there but it’s mainly surrounded by farm land and woods. Jason was out of town for our stay but his communication and information were excellent. Highly recommended.
Great place to relax and enjoy the views of the Arkansas river. Will be back in the future!
