A really nice campground and the people are wonderful! Clean, pretty, and peaceful!
Never stayed at a state park that was so awesome. Quiet, safe, restful sleep among the trees, calling birds and apparently black bears! The pull thrus do not have sewer but there’s water and electric. The starlight signal is supreme, the amount of people and other campers - perfect… maybe half capacity this time of year. Check in was a breeze and snaking through the little park to the site without large drop off shoulders or low hanging branches was pleasant.The circle left into the pull thru was tight with trees on either side which meant my truck tires hit the dirt in order to make the turn …
Just off I20, great location on the other side of Delhi, good food near by for reasonable price, people are very nice, easy to find. Such a beautiful park, cabins in the trees & on the water, it’s very clean & staff exceptional to see it stays that way, always working. Sites are big rig friendly sites, pull thrus, backins, 30 & 50amp, fulll hooks up or water/electric sites, special thanks to Janet, she booked our site for us over the phone, signed us up for senior 1/2 price over 62, we asked for private, quiet & #42 was the site & pull thru. We will be back.
