We stayed here last night for free, the owner is very friendly and kind. We came from Canada and we were late for our planned destination, so we found this camp site on the road side and came in hoping to find a spot. To our surprise, the owner provided us a convenient spot for free. Thank you amazing owner, thank you America!
The managers are AWFUL. They lie, are harassing, create an unsafe environment and are physically abusive to their dogs. I was shocked to see children under the age of 15 driving the golf carts. I'm not sure if all Modern America Campgrounds are managed the same way but I'm not taking any chances. 😥
