Stayed in the RV section for a weekend. I only stayed three nights, so I didn't get to know the campground or people too well. They have a lot of rules and regulations, some of which don't make sense. The lady behind the counter is blunt and stern, but I understand where she comes from. The RV sites were nice and easy to maneuver even with my 35 foot motorhome.
We love camping at pine cone resort because of its convenient location. My teenage kids like that its close to Great Adventure and a short drive to Point Pleasant Beach. Route 9 is right down the road and that's were all of the restaurants and stores are. The pool is huge and the campground is quite and family oriented.
My stay here couldn't be any better. From the moment we pulled up Joe greeted us with a smile. He was very accommodating and even helped us hook up everything. He told us about all the great places to go and talked with us for a while. Everyone that is staying there has been like a family and I would recommend to anyone traveling to go here. The facilities are very clean and the grounds are beautiful. We are currently staying in spot 17, come by and say hi!!!! Looking foreword to the warm weather so we can start grilling. Thank you to the entire staff for the warm welcome!!!!
