Good thing I read the reviews before even stepping foot on your property. Fix your property and just FYI other properties in this area WARN people about staying here because of your nefarious billing practices which from what I read are warranted
Stayed at pin oak in early April on the way to the east coast. Lots of full timers here. Staff, Tracy and maintenance guys, were super helpful and friendly offering to help me disconnect my water hose when leaving (i couldn't untighten it) and fix a leaking water faucet issue outside. Tracy helped explain laundry amenities and we discussed our cats. F1 site was pretty close to another and the rvs in that area were pretty old so had an old time feel to it. It was rainy like the whole time and much of the ground around site was very muddy and squishy. Also had two stray cats wandering around. 1…
Big park but very peaceful. Stayed 5 nights. Grandkids loved the park. We road electric bikes. Our dogs enjoyed the walks around the pond. Would recommend
