Could not have had a better experience! This place was 10 stars from booking to checkout and beyond. First the location couldn’t be better. Easy to find and close to most anything. The property is absolutely immaculate! The grounds keepers are so good at keeping this place looking clean and ready for you. The pool area is clean and was a good size. This is our first time camping here and it has been a great experience! The gentleman at the front desk who checked us in was kind and quick. The campground is beautiful and quiet. We felt very safe here. Very nice pool and hot tub. Super clean showers and the water pressure is awesome. We will absolutely return and would recommend this campground to anyone!

Incredibly rude and incompetent staff! Our cabin wasn't clean! And they refused to do anything about it. We had 2 towels for 5 of us and 1 roll of toilet paper. The front desk girl was rude and short and has no customer service ethics at all! We loved the area and the pool but because of management we will NOT be returning!

The staff is rude and lazy. The front desk girl barely spoke and was incredibly rude! Our cabin was not clean and no one offered to fix that. We had to scrounge up towels and toilet paper. The grounds are beautiful! The pool is immaculate but the staff is a true joke. This place needs new managers!! Until then we will not be returning!
