We love it here, a lot of activities, beautiful location, nice and quiet. There is a fairly good-sized laundry. Plenty of space for walking or biking. Cons: Not much nearby for shopping or restaurants. You can't get your mail here. For such a large park, there's only one set of bathrooms. Wifi is only in the library. Mar 2025 update We love it here so much we've decided to settle down and by one of the manufactured homes here. We have a great view of Picacho Peak from our back yard.
