We enjoyed our short stay. Only problems we encountered were that the wood we purchased from the campground was soaking wet. We couldn’t get a fire going with it (and we tried for about an hour). Also, the bathroom showers were not very warm. There was also a bottle cap and a lot of hair in the showers. Other than that the bathroom itself was very clean. The camp ground was clean all around minus the shower. We couldn’t notify anyone because the store was closed by the time we arrived and tried to get the fire started.
My husband and I are on our Honeymoon, road tripping from MO to NY and back. This is our 7th day and 4th campground using tent sites only, this KOA was amazing. Great sized wooden tent platform, water/electric and perfect fire ring. CLEAN bath/laundry house and every staff member was so kind. Absolutely recommend!
