What a gem of a place. Very peaceful and private.
The tiny home was situated perfectly on the property. It made the trip feel very private. As avid campers, this site had everything you need to "glamp". We paid extra for the canopy by the river, which was totally worth it. We took our backpack cooler to the river and enjoyed our day. The water felt great on a hot day. At night, the tiny home's AC was a plus to sleep comfortably. The outside shower was also amazing. We hope to come back!
Wow what a perfect spot! The tiny home is comfortable and had everything we needed. The AC works, the bed is big enough for two plus some room. There’s a loft space for storage This home has enough space and amenities to cook comfortably and has a room to eat and relax. My partner is 6’3” and fit with no head bumps or cramped feelings. There’s a local market less than 10 mins away, and it’s only 20 mins away from downtown Nevada City. This spot really is the perfect mix of being in nature and close to anything you’d want to do. My stay in the Tiny Home was fantastic, just what I needed to relax and recharge. The home has everything you need and pleasant decor. The bed is super comfy, with down pillows and comforter. The creek running through the property is what really made my stay great. It’s beautiful! It surprised me to see two other tiny homes on the property, which were unoccupied. Still, I hope to stay here again!
Joe’s land is well kept and beautiful. Grandma stayed in the tiny house and we pitched a tent with our 10 year old and 2 dogs. The house had a nice bed with bedding and tons of pillows.
