We offer our guests ON-SITE rentals including: kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, & canoes, as well as private yoga, massage, and personal training. Perfect for weekly work-from-home digital nomads, or special weekend escapes to the lake. You'll love that Stone House Vineyard Winery is walking distance from the property & Krause Springs natural spring-fed swimming hole is a short drive up the road! Equipped with an eco-friendly bamboo queen bed, master bath w/ garden tub, open-concept Austin-lake rustic layout, mini-fridge, toaster oven, coffee maker, & outdoor grills (one gas and one charcoal.) Compostable plates, bowls, and utensils are in the your cottage. Local Austin coffee is provided. Your Peaceful Cottage, the common areas that include: access to ON-SITE kayak, canoe, stand-up paddle board rentals, outdoor yoga pavilion, hammocks, dock, outdoor gas and charcoal grills, and our in-ground and smaller fire pit. Our Magical Retreat Property has an abundance of space to roam, relax, connect with nature, and just BE. Make an unforgettable experience at Living Waters by adding kayak rentals, a relaxing massage, a trip to Stonehouse Winery across the street, or fall in love with Krause Springs spring-fed swimming hole just up the street. **Keep in mind that Lake Travis is in a drought, and the water level is significantly lower. We are lucky to have enough water to kayak, paddlboard, canoe, and fish in front of us.
