The Rv campsite was beautiful and well maintained. They have laundry and a very nice shower house. The mosquitoes were the only problem so make sure to bring big spray and ready to do battle.
Beautiful, quiet, spotless. Our spot was easy to get into. It rained a lot during our stay so some spots were very flooded, we were dry. Early morning announcements were confusing as no information on alerts was provided at entry.
Camp check-in and Camp Host spots: 81, 90 and 91.
Super well-kept area, tons of nearby activities, beaches, and restaurants. Staff are friendly and helpful. I'll be back again.
Had a Rv trip planned for here but we could not get on base, so I can't really rate this campground. I will say staff to could have been a little more helpful. I told them this was my first time attempting to stay at a military base campground. (I just got my va Service connected disability rating) I triple checked with staff about the process to get on base and it seemed everything was going to be good to go. When we went in to get our base pass we found out we couldn't get on base because my ID did not say Service connected. So that was the end to those plans. Read all the info you can befo…
