Really nice spot. Easy walk to beach, restaurants and bars. We had nice backing site with dock along pond.
The park itself is well kept, our site was labelled “premium” but should have been listed as simply, full hookup as there is nothing premium about a site with a dirt/stone parking area. We had a less than enjoyable experience for many reasons.|1. The front office permitted a late arrival past midnight that woke us from a sound sleep and continued to set up noisily until after 1:00am. This is against their posted policy.|2. They conducted full on construction building a fenced in area directly across from our site, beginning precisely at 8:00 multiple mornings, digging holes, using saws, hammer…

It's a campground they have a pool two hot tubs. People that work they were really nice real close to Old Orchard Beach you can walk they had a car show down there by the beach was a lot of fun I'd go back
