Palm Springs / Joshua Tree KOA Holiday

Beautiful place. Quiet. Everyone was super sweet and helpful. My friend and I stayed in a yurt where there's even heat/ac, a toilet, and a mini fridge. Propane fire pit. It was awesome waking up in the morning to watch the roadrunners.

I stayed here two nights while attending the Coachella Music and Arts Festival. I car cam which was very handy as the wind was crazy. I sleep in my car and felt bad for the folks in tents. |Good: it was quiet, not crowded, I enjoyed watching the sunset and Roadrunners. |They have a restaurant that runs during the cooler months, and I was lucky enough to be there in their last weekend. Number 1 on thing very noticeable to us was a very caring and knowledgeable staff. Everyone we met, it was consistent. Although bathrooms and pool area seemed dated, overall everything looked on great repair and well maintained. I loved the huge dog park and generally how things were laid out and easy to find or figure out. Special thanks to Melody and her team mate who helped me out just after closing with a plug adapter so we could have power and cook dinner. 10/10 experience

We had a really great experience at KOA Joshua Tree / Palm Desert KOA Journey. I set up our campsite myself, but everything on their end, maintenance, hookups, and overall setup, was super smooth and easy to use. Everything was clean and well-kept. The office attendant was very informative and helpful, which made check-in and getting settled really easy. My kids had an amazing time, they loved the playground, the jumping pillow (and the attendant there was so friendly), and the mini golf. All of the amenities were really geared toward families and made the whole experience fun for everyone. T…
