I was all by my lonesome for my brief stay here. It was WONDERFUL!!! I want to go back, asap. I went in a off season time but wanted to do a shake down run of my RTT and this camp ground made it enjoyable.
Wife and I had a wonderful time. Got rained in the first day, but listening to the rain drops on the tin roof and the birds outside our window was very relaxing. Everyone at the River Haven were extremely nice and helpful, I greatly appreciate them extending our check out time so we could get some kayaking in once the weather cleared. We were first time kayakers and the river was perfect for us.
My favorite place to stay. Lots of hiking and kyaking. Great place to stay if you love crystal mining 20 minutes from Wagner Crystal mine.
Casey and Amanda were great. We stayed here to get away for a few days. If we had any issues, they were there to help. We will definitely come back and stay.
We weren't actually able to stay here due to some last minute issues that came up on Valentine's Day. However Casey went out of his way to contact another neighboring cabin rental and got us in there so everything worked out great. I wish we could have stayed with ORH (next time), but just the experience we had with them this time, and all the effort they put in for us, makes us rate them 5 stars. Many thanks!
