Oregon Inlet Campground just wasn’t for me. A short walk over the dunes leads to the beach. The price was fair and the location is hard to beat. For me though, it was more scenic than serene. The campsites are packed in very close together, so there wasn’t much privacy or space to relax. If you enjoy being near others and want quick beach access, it’s a good option. I personally left a day early because the sites felt too crowded for my style of camping.
Bathrooms were clean, showers were clean, campground was walked down 2 times a day by rangers. Staff was friendly and helpful. Short walk thru the dunes to the beach, (be sure to pick shortest one in C section).|Hated to leave, will be back. No bug bites 4-23 thru 4-27. Marina has excellent food, and gift shop. If your in a tent bring longer tent stakes, wind can get bad.
